Register for the 2025 WI-UM Kiwanis District Convention below.

EVENT DETAILS

The 2025 WI-UM Kiwanis District Convention will be held August 22-24, 2025, in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Registration is free; members only pay for their meals. Deadline to register is August 1st.

ONEIDA CASINO HOTEL INFORMATION

Oneida Casino Hotel – 2040 Airport Dr, Green Bay; Room Rate: $139; Room Rate Deadline: July 31, 2025. Individuals must book directly with the hotel at 920-494-7300. In order to receive the group rate, you MUST ask for a room in the Wisconsin-Upper Michigan Kiwanis room block, code 789.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your registration 30 days or more prior to the event date, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel your registration 8-29 days prior to the event date, you will receive a 50% refund. If you cancel your registration 7 days or less prior to the event date, there will be no refund issued. All refunds will be issued after the event.

Visit Lambeau Field on game day, the Packers Pro Shop, Farmer’s Market, Bay Beach Wildlife Sanctuary and Bay Beach Amusement Park. Note: Lunch and rides at Bay Beach are on your own. Departs the hotel at 8:30am and returns to the hotel by 3pm. The family program is available to spouses, guests and children only.

Meal Choices and Payment Details

Options are available for Friday dinner, Saturday breakfast, lunch and dinner, and Sunday breakfast.
All Aboard! Friday Dinner on the Train!
Includes shuttle and entrance with one hour of train rides at the National Railroad Museum along with a pig roast dinner. Non-pork accommodations are available if restrictions are submitted.

Light and fluffy scrambled eggs with ham and Wisconsin cheddar cheese. Served with country style breakfast potatoes, crisp bacon and a freshly baked muffin.
Price: $35.00
American potato salad, creamy coleslaw, ranch-style baked beans, grilled hamburgers, beer-braised Johnsonville brats with sauerkraut and onions, kettle chips and assorted cookies.
Saturday Awards Banquet – $40.00
Pot Roast in Port Wine – Pot roast, braised with port wine. Served with buttermilk chive mashed potatoes; Slow Roasted Cod – Fine Herb slow roasted cod. Served with baby red potatoes, basil pesto; Vegetable Alfredo – Fettuccine, spinach, zucchini, and asparagus tossed with an alfredo sauce, and topped with mozzarella and parmesan cheese.

Light and fluffy scrambled eggs with Wisconsin cheddar cheese and fresh chives, country style breakfast potatoes, hickory smoked crisp bacon, grilled sausage links, an array of fresh sliced seasonal fruit and an assortment of freshly baked muffins and nut breads.
